When you contact us, your initial point of contact will be one of our Carers Link Officers. They will discuss with you what type of help you require, and where possible, they will answer your query immediately.

If you require more in-depth help such as financial, emotional, legal or practical solutions, they may refer you on to one of our other officers. Here are some examples of how we can help.
